According to the recent partnership cooperation, KONE Vietnam will become Hung Thinh Corporation’s strategic provider in elevators, escalators with digital and maintenance services, in which advanced products such as the KONE DXclass, built-in digital connectivity features through cloud computingandopen applicationprogramminginterface (API)… would actualize the technology experience of the future on Vietnamese’s daily basis through Hung Thinh’s projects.
Simultaneously, Hung Thinh also prioritizes using other KONE solutions for low-rise projects such as villas, shophouses, etc. A highlight among KONE’s variety in equipment and technologies for this sector is the 24/7 Smart ConnectedService with predictivemaintenance capability based on real-time data analysis and artificial intelligence.
Furthermore, KONE will provide professional consultancy for Hung Thinh on People Flow to assist the real estate developer to build a more efficient operation system inside each building, minimize energy loss, as well as deliver an eco-friendly and state-of-the-art lifestyle to the communities.

Through the strategic cooperation, KONE Vietnam and Hung ThinhCorporationwill jointly address various projects for their long-term plan in creating and popularizing the standard concept of smart cities and sustainable development. Taking as the first’s prompt act after the agreement, Hung Thinh appoints KONE as the supply contractor to install and maintain KONE elevator and escalator equipment in projects invested by Hung Thinh or related projects.
Accordingly, “Tropical Wonder” MerryLand Quy Nhon - an international tourism and resort super project located on Phuong Mai peninsula (Binh Dinh) with the scale of 695 hectares and the investment capital up to thousands of billion dong will be the first project to concretize these commitments.
